Client has a flat in Dubai worth AED2,300,000 – he sent us all documents by email and we got pre-approval same day. Tim arrived to Dubai a few days later on Sunday evening 1st Feb. Monday 9am we took him for VIP medical and got result within 30min. Already by 12 noon the Golden Visa was ready. 12:30pm driver took Tim on Mercedes GLS to VIP biometrics center just near to his Palm Jumeirah villa, and finger scan was done without any queue. Wednesday, next day we got him Mashreq personal account and submitted application for company account which was approved Friday evening.
